- Fences: Backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty, covering issues related to the quality of our installation.
- Concrete: Includes a 1-year warranty covering cracking, along with a 5-year warranty covering major structural issues.
- Sod & Grass: Includes a 2-week health warranty, provided the client follows the watering instructions supplied by our team.
Fixed Seasonal Pricing Guarantee
Your seasonal landscaping and snow removal pricing is established upfront, so you can plan your property maintenance budget without worrying about unexpected increases.
- Lawn Care: Seasonal estimates are fixed for the applicable season/year.
- Snow Removal: Seasonal estimates are fixed for the applicable winter season/year.
- Pricing Guarantee: Once your contract is confirmed, the agreed-upon seasonal rate will not change during that season/year.
